Instead, prepayment will apply to everyone, and in case of emergencies, quick deposit payments can be made for operational action. Usually, when something goes wrong, it always happens at the most inconvenient time and requires a quick reaction. However, in such a situation, no one has time to make a price offer or a proforma invoice and wait for the money to arrive. We'll keep it simple, the customer pays upfront. 1500 \u20ac deposit<\/a> And the work can commence immediately. The hourly rate is known, and the product prices are also known; the invoice will reflect the actual time spent and the materials used. The logic for refunding the unused portion of the deposit is just as straightforward. Installation\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

From February 2022, we no longer handle installation work. The e-shop, sales, wholesale, technical support, consultations, setup assistance, fault diagnosis, and all other services will continue to operate as before. This change is largely due to the need for all boats to have their own dedicated maintenance team that knows the boat's history and carries out all work. This will give boat owners peace of mind and create more opportunities for companies involved in maintenance and installation work to develop. In fact, this is crucial for boat owners who have not yet realised it and always choose the cheapest option; they should re-evaluate their decisions with a clear head. Otherwise, we will end up with the current situation, where one party builds and another destroys, leading to constant disputes and everyone pointing fingers at each other. If you do not yet have your own maintenance team, we can recommend one from our current partners. You will arrange everything yourselves, accept the work yourselves, settle accounts among yourselves, and resolve any issues that may arise during the work yourselves. Of course, you can also undertake this work yourselves or cooperate with a qualified installation company of your choice. It is recommended to carefully consider the installation of new equipment beforehand. For Raymarine equipment purchased in Estonia, we will assist you with this process. Anyone who, in favour of a seemingly \u201cbetter price,\u201d has chosen our 22+ years of experience and knowledge and purchased Raymarine navigation equipment from outside Estonia must contact the seller of that product with their queries. If you manage to get in touch with an overseas online shop, they will undoubtedly help you with pleasure and to the best of their ability.<\/p>

Warranty\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of a warranty claim, we are always here to help. You can send us a Raymarine product purchased from anywhere in the world, provided it has a valid warranty. A valid proof of purchase is required. As everyone is so \u201cclever\u201d these days, we will state upfront that a copy of a bank transfer showing only that money has been paid to someone, or a crumpled till receipt simply describing \u201cNavigation equipment,\u201d is not proof of purchase. The required document is an invoice, which must be properly issued with all necessary and clearly legible numbers. The invoice must state the legal seller, the invoice date, the product number, product name, and serial number of the faulty device. If the invoice issued to you does not include the product's serial number, please take a photo of the sticker on the faulty product showing both the product and serial numbers. For transducers, please take a photo of both sides of the white sticker around the cable.<\/p>

Warranty does not apply to devices with mechanical damage or those affected by lightning and voltage surges. In such cases, a fixed-price repair may be possible. This service is not cheap, but it is cheaper than a new device. Whether it is reasonable or not will become clear during our conversation. Each device has a different repair cost and this must always be enquired about separately for each device. To get an accurate answer, the Raymarine product number and a brief informative description of the fault are required.<\/p>
