Raymarine DST800 depth/speed/temperature transducer, low profile plastic hull fitting

The Raymarine DST800 is a low-profile plastic thru-hull transducer that measures depth, speed, and water temperature. The transducer comes with a 13.7-metre cable and has an analogue output. The DST800 is suitable for use with the Raymarine iTC-5 converter and ST40, ST60, ST70, i40 and i50 series instruments. Its compact and discreet design makes it ideal for both sailing and motorboats where minimal water resistance and easy installation are important. Never install a depth transducer near structures that protrude from the hull or propellers. The transducer hole, 51mm in diameter, should always be drilled from the outside inwards and exactly perpendicular to the outer surface of the hull. Before drilling the hole, ensure there are no obstructing details on the inside and that there is sufficient access to the hole to tighten the nut afterwards. For added security, drill a 3mm pilot hole from the inside outwards.
