Which personal data is processed:

For what purpose is personal data processed

Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods. Purchase history data is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services, and to analyse customer preferences. The bank account number is used to refund payments to the customer. The customer's IP address or other network identifiers are processed to ensure the functionality of the online shop and to compile web usage statistics.

Legal basis

Personal data processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the client and for the performance of a legal obligation (e.g., accounting and resolution of consumer disputes).

Transfer of personal data

Personal data is transmitted to the online shop's customer support for managing purchases and purchase history, and for resolving customer issues. Contact details are transmitted to the transport service provider selected by the customer for the delivery of goods. For accounting services, data is transmitted to the service provider for carrying out accounting operations.

Security and data access

Personal data is stored on secure servers within the EU. Access to the data is restricted to authorised processors, and all authorised processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protective measures are in place when processing the data.

Accessing and correcting personal data

Storage and deletion

When closing a web shop customer account, personal data will be deleted unless it is necessary to retain it for accounting or consumer dispute resolution purposes. Purchase history will be retained for three years, data related to payments and consumer disputes will be retained until the claim is settled or the statute of limitations expires, and data related to accounting will be retained for seven years.

Direct marketing messages

Your email address and phone number will only be used to send direct marketing messages with your consent. You can opt out of receiving direct marketing messages at any time via the link in the footer of the email or by notifying customer support by email.

We confirm, and in fact, we never send any marketing messages or advertisements – we are a solid company! We believe that our clients do not wish to receive messages such as: “Buy a plastic bag now for double the price and get another one completely free” and 10 minutes later a reminder follows: “If you don't have our awesome plastic bag, then you don't exist”. Spamming, which is erroneously called “marketing” nowadays, is more of a topic for thugs, fraudsters and schemers.
