The order fulfilment begins at the moment Maksekeskus confirms to the Seller that the payment has been successfully completed. The Buyer is obliged to check if everything is correct and inform the seller if anything is wrong. The invoice is not sent automatically; it is sent by a person who checks if everything is in order. The Buyer may not receive the invoice immediately, during nighttime or on weekends, but it will definitely be sent out no later than the same day as the goods are delivered. Order fulfilment begins the moment the full amount indicated on the order has been credited to the Seller's account. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the Seller may cancel the order. In such a case, the Seller will send the Buyer a corresponding notification.
3.3. If you choose to apply for InBank instalment credit, you will submit the relevant application to Maksekeskus. If the Buyer's loan application is approved, the Seller will send the contract prepared by the respective service provider to the Buyer for digital signature. In the event that the extended delivery time or changed price offered by the Seller is not acceptable to the Buyer, the Seller shall cancel the order placed by the Buyer and refund the entire amount paid to the Buyer.
4. Supply of goods
4.1. The Seller offers three delivery options: Courier (DPD and Omniva), parcel locker (DPD and Omniva), and the option for you to collect the goods yourself. The corresponding options can be selected in the shopping cart and can be changed before payment. If you have selected a parcel locker, a list of parcel lockers from the selected service provider will be displayed, with the parcel locker closest to your address already active. You can change this selection yourself. NB! The parcel machine selection is not active if some products in your order cannot be sent to a parcel machine! In this case, there is a corresponding note. “Clean your ears” at the point of purchase and also under additional information on the product page. Goods in stock will be delivered to the destination specified by the Buyer with the service selected in the order within 24-48 hours, goods ordered later will be delivered by prior agreement. If you choose the option to pick up the goods yourself, the goods can be collected from the company's registered address: Kõivu põik 4, 12113 Tallinn. If you are collecting the goods yourself, please let us know in advance which day and time you wish to pick them up; by prior arrangement, goods can be collected 24/7.
NB! Delivery of goods by courier to Estonian small islands may take longer than 48 hours. The parcel service to small islands is directly dependent on the cooperation of the local postal service provider and the selected courier company.
4.2. Parcel machine parcel dimensions and weight. For DPD parcel machines, the longest side of the parcel may be 61 cm long. XS size (8 x 18 x 61 cm), S size (8 x 43 x 61 cm), M size (17 x 43 x 61 cm), L size (36 x 43 x 61 cm). The maximum weight of a DPD parcel machine parcel in Estonia and Latvia is 31.5 kg, and in Lithuania 20 kg. In other parts of Europe, it is also 20 kg, except in Portugal where the maximum permitted parcel machine parcel weight is 10 kg. The weight limit for parcels sent to parcel machines in Sweden and Denmark is 10 kg, and to parcel shops 20 kg. Parcels sent to a parcel machine weighing 10–20 kg will be automatically rerouted to the nearest parcel shop.
When using an Omniva parcel locker, the longest side of the parcel may be 64 cm long. S size (9 x 38 x 64 cm), M size (19 x 38 x 64 cm), L size (39 x 38 x 64 cm). The maximum parcel weight for an Omniva parcel locker in Estonia is 30 kg and in Lithuania 25 kg. Elsewhere in Europe, the weight of parcels for Omniva parcel lockers is the same as for DPD. In Scandinavia, the parcel locker parcel weight is 10 kg, and larger parcels are directed to the nearest post office.
NB! As parcel lockers (at least in Tallinn) are relatively overloaded, it can happen that the courier delivers the shipment to a parcel locker the very next day, but if there is no free locker, the shipment will be returned to the parcel terminal and a new delivery attempt will be made the following day, and so on until it is finally successful. Consequently, you cannot rely on parcel lockers if you wish to receive a parcel tomorrow or the day after tomorrow; in such cases, you should choose delivery by courier (door-to-door) or collect the goods yourself.
Parcels arriving at DPD parcel lockers are stored there for seven calendar days (on the third day, the recipient will be sent a reminder accordingly). Calendar days include all days of the week, including Sundays. The parcel will then be returned to the sender.
4.3. Delivery costs within Estonia for courier service are under €10, for parcel machines under €5, and there are no delivery costs if the Buyer collects the goods in person. If you wish to order goods to a parcel machine, please choose DPD or Omniva and select a parcel machine convenient for you. For deliveries to the rest of Europe, prices range from €19 to €45 depending on the distance. The Buyer selects the correct delivery method according to the desired delivery address before confirming the order. If we notice that the delivery address, parcel weight and cost do not match, we will contact you.
4.4. Delivery of goods usually takes place earlier than the time indicated in the product description. In the event that the Buyer has paid for the goods and the Seller sees that the delivery time of the goods will still be longer than promised or the product price has changed significantly, the Seller will immediately contact the Buyer and inform them of the changed delivery time or price. In the event that the extended delivery time or changed price offered by the Seller is not suitable for the Buyer, the Seller will cancel the order placed by the Buyer and refund the entire amount paid to the Buyer.
4.5. The Buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact details provided to the Seller before placing an order. If the Buyer is not constantly at the indicated address or if locating the address is difficult, the Buyer should write additional information about their location or times of presence in the “Additional information” field during the ordering process. For example: “I will be present from Monday to Friday at Asula 5, from 10:00 to 16:00”.
