NMEA 2000® Micro-C bulkhead
The NMEA2000 bulkhead fitting allows for a secure and watertight continuation of the network through a wall. The fitting has a Male connector on one end and a Female connector on the other. In NMEA 2000® systems, it is essential to use only dedicated NMEA 2000® approved cables and connectors to ensure correct data transmission and network reliability. To integrate an NMEA2000 network with a Raymarine STNG network, use original adapter cables. Do not duplicate the power supply chains or grounding of different integrated networks.

Note:
An NMEA 2000 bulkhead connector is a good solution when you need to extend the NMEA 2000® network from inside the boat to the cockpit and there is an NMEA 2000 device in the cockpit that will be removed after sailing. For example, an instrument or chartplotter. The bulkhead connector has Male/Female connectors and all connections can be made with standard NMEA 2000 Male/Female cables. After removing the device, it is advisable to seal the bulkhead opening with a Micro-C blanking cap.
