The RNS-8 network switch is designed for larger networks, enabling stable integration of Axiom chartplotters with radars, external sonar modules, and FLIR thermal cameras. This powerful switch features 4 dedicated Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) ports, allowing for the connection and powering of PoE-enabled devices such as the CAM300 IP camera and RMK-10 remote controls.

For a smooth and reliable connection between Axiom chartplotters and the RNS-8 switch, we strongly recommend updating the Axiom chartplotters to at least the LightHouse 4.5 operating system.
