The Raymarine RAY90 Black Box DSC VHF radio takes up little space and is completely flexible when installed onboard. The radio is fully controlled by the supplied handset. Featuring the latest technology, the Raymarine RAY90 promises excellent performance and a long lifespan. Thanks to NMEA2000 and NMEA0183 interfaces, the radio can be easily connected to existing networks. The delivery package includes a wired handset and a passive speaker.

The “powerhouse” of communication”

The Ray90 is equipped with a powerful 25W transmitter and commercial-grade electronics, ensuring a long lifespan and high performance. Channel scanning, dual watch, tri-watch, and weather alerts are standard. An integrated GPS simplifies the setup of advanced safety and hailing features. Enter your vessel's MMSI number during setup and you're ready to go. An optional passive GPS antenna is required to use the internal GPS module. GA150 or GA200.

Position tracking

The Ray90’s AIS receiver function allows you to track up to five DSC-equipped vessels in your area. Their locations are automatically shared with your Raymarine MFD. In Europe, the Ray90 supports the ATIS system on inland waterways.

Loudspeaker

Thanks to the integrated megaphone, you can be heard both on deck and across the harbour. Connect the optional foghorn and signal your presence with 30-watt audio output and two-way communication. In fog, the loudspeaker can be set to automatically emit the necessary fog signals for both motor and sailing vessels at sea and at anchor.

Water-resistant and durable

The Ray90 VHF transceiver is constructed from robust aluminium for shock and vibration resistance and maximum heat dissipation. For easy viewing in all conditions, the RayMic handset features excellent backlighting. Large keys ensure easy access to frequently used functions.
