Raymarine Ray53 VHF radio with integrated GPS

The Ray53 is an affordable, fully featured Class D DSC marine radio with an easily readable LCD screen, integrated GPS receiver, and the option to add a GPS antenna if needed. The DISTRESS button on the front panel allows you to send an emergency call to shore stations and other vessels. It has multi-channel monitoring and scanning functions, a 25W/5W transmitter, and a sensitive receiver. The microphone also features buttons for channel selection. Its weather resistance standard is IPX7. The design of the new Ray53 VHF marine radio complements Raymarine's new instruments and chartplotters. The Ray53 marine radio has STNG (NMEA2000) and NMEA0183 interfaces for easy integration into new or existing networks. A second handset or a foghorn cannot be added to the Ray53 VHF radio.
