The RayStar150 kit includes an RS150 GPS antenna and a 6m Seatalk NG spur cable. The antenna can be mounted on a flat surface or on a special mounting pole, which must be purchased separately. The RS150 GPS antenna is designed for direct connection to the STNG (NMEA2000) network and does not have Seatalk1 or NMEA0183 interfaces. SeaTalk NG > SeaTalk1 It is possible to use the RS150 GPS antenna with older devices that only have a Seatalk1 interface, using a converter. Always install the GPS antenna so that its field of view is not obstructed by other equipment or the vessel's structure. Do not install the GPS antenna in the active zone of the radar.
