Volvo-Penta mounting kit for connecting steering angle sensor to DPH-A, DPH-B drives

This installation kit allows the autopilot steering angle sensor to be connected to Volvo-Penta DPH-A and DPH-B type outdrives. Although the new Raymarine EV1 and EV2 autopilots work without a steering angle sensor, using the sensor further improves the autopilot's accuracy and smoothness. Additionally, the steering position can be viewed on the autopilot control panel, which is a good indication when manoeuvring the boat.
The installation of the kit is technically complex and requires the involvement of a specialist to ensure the correct and reliable operation of the equipment.
