All prices for goods and services include VAT applicable in Estonia. To change the quantity of products, please return to your shopping basket, click on the current quantity, and enter the new desired quantity. To remove a product from your shopping basket, use the cross button located in front of the product.
Please choose whether you want delivery by courier to your address, to a suitable parcel locker, or if you will collect the goods yourself. If your shopping basket contains any items that do not fit in a parcel locker, you will only be able to choose between courier services and collecting the goods yourself. When collecting the goods yourself, you can pick them up from the company's legal address in Pirita district, Tallinn 12113, and by arrangement 24/7. Exact instructions will be sent to you with the invoice.
If you require an invoice for a company, please enter the company details in addition to your own. The goods will be delivered by default to the company or private individual address you have entered. If you wish for the goods to be delivered to a different address, please select the option: “Send to another address” and enter the desired delivery address along with contact details. Products available in our warehouse usually reach the buyer within one to two working days. You can add further comments for the courier or merchant in the “Notes about the order” field.
Payment for the order can be made by bank transfer based on the order, via bank links, in installments, and by card payment. Visa/MasterCard, or Apple Pay and Google Pay -ga. We can also accept Knickers Card payments. NB! To mitigate risks for all parties, the card payment limit is €1000 and these options will not be displayed for larger shopping carts. Goods can also be paid for in instalments. There are three instalment options: pay next month, pay in three instalments, and instalment purchase. The display of these variants also depends on the size of the shopping cart. For all three offered instalment options, you must conclude a contract with Maksekeskus. An invoice will be issued for all transactions upon receipt of payment into our account. For goods remaining on backorder, an invoice will be issued at the latest when the goods are physically available and ready for delivery to the buyer!

Please check if your details are correct before making a purchase! If you accidentally enter incorrect contact details, we will not be able to contact you. All goods are subject to the warranty conditions indicated in the product description. If nothing is specified about the warranty, the warranty for products is between 12-24 months, and for services, it is 3-12 months. Unopened and unused goods can be returned for a valid reason within 14 working days of the delivery date.
