EV (Evolution) autopilots consist of an EV-1 sensor, an Autopilot Control Unit (ACU), and an Autopilot Drive Unit (Drive). The Autopilot Drive, (mechanical/hydraulic or cockpit-mountable ram) and its corresponding ACU will depend on your vessel's steering system and vessel weight.

The heart of the Iga Evolution system is the intelligent EV course computer, a 9-axis sensor that monitors the vessel's movement in three dimensions. The innovative EV course computer combines advanced hardware sensors and the Evolution autopilot software in a single, easy-to-install unit.

The EV-1 sensors can be installed in both indoor and outdoor conditions, with a rugged housing that is fully sealed and meets IPX6 and IPX7 waterproof standards.

After general and initial settings, the Dockside Wizard and one deviation manoeuvre have been completed, users will have quick access to three different autopilot modes going forward.

Racing Performance

The EV-1 and EV-2 autopilot computers in the Evolution series have a nine-axis sensor with AST function. Evolution autopilots can also operate without a rudder feedback sensor, but we recommend adding one if possible. EV1 Sensor Core

The EV-1 is designed for the mechanical and hydraulic systems of Evolution autopilots. SeaTalkng network connectivity allows power and data transmission between SeaTalkng and NMEA2000 networks via a single cable connection.

ACU-400

The robust ACU (Actuator Control Unit) ensures reliable autopilot operation and supplies the SeaTalkng network with 12V power. This unit connects simply to other systems and provides precise control.

P70s Autopilot Control Unit (Sail)

The p70s autopilot control unit is designed for a sailing yacht, featuring only push buttons and lacking a rotary control knob. Advanced LED backlighting offers low power consumption and vibrant colour and contrast. Good visibility from any viewing angle.

The p70s control unit includes the LightHouse user interface and a start-up wizard feature, which helps to set up the autopilot quickly and easily.
