The EV-200 Hydraulic autopilot with p70Rs control head is designed for boats with hydraulic steering. The kit includes the p70Rs control head, EV-1 course computer, ACU-200 actuator control unit, and a Type-1 12V hydraulic pump. Evolution series course computers feature a nine-axis sensor with AST function. Evolution autopilots will operate without a rudder feedback sensor, but we recommend adding one if possible. For Volvo-Penta drives, a special mounting kit must also be added to connect the rudder feedback sensor. Be prepared for minor modifications to your boat's steering hydraulic hoses. Typically, tees will need to be added for the pump, and a third hose will need to be run from the pump back to the steering actuator. Raymarine EV-200 Hydraulic Autopilot (T70157)

The Raymarine EV-200 Hydraulic Autopilot is the perfect solution for small to medium-sized vessels with hydraulic steering systems. The EV-200 system is designed specifically for boats with a steering ram volume ranging from 4.9 cubic inches (80cc) to 14.0 cubic inches (230cc). It is an ideal choice for fishing and cruising vessels, ensuring accuracy and reliability on every voyage.

EV-200 Hydraulic Autopilot Includes:
  1. EV1 Sensor Core: EV1 is designed for Evolution mechanical and hydraulic autopilot systems. SeaTalkng networking allows for a single cable connection between the Evolution ACU (Actuator Control Unit) and other SeaTalkng and NMEA2000 networks.

  2. ACU-200: The ACU-200 (Actuator Control Unit) provides reliable autopilot drive and power to the SeaTalkng bus.

  3. p70 / p70s Autopilot Control Unit (Sailing): The p70 / p70s control unit is primarily designed for sailboats, offering simple and reliable button control. Advanced low-power LED backlighting provides vivid colour and contrast, allowing for comfortable viewing of the display in varying light conditions.

  4. Type 1 Mechanical Linear Guide (12V): The Raymarine mechanical linear drive's design provides fast and quiet operation, reducing the parasitic load so the autopilot does not affect the vessel's steering system when on standby. The electric motor is controlled via an electromagnetic clutch, utilising a robust belt drive and epicyclic gearbox, ensuring high performance and low power consumption.

  5. Evolution Cabling Kit – R70160: The cabling kit includes all the components required to connect the system to the SeaTalkng network.
