Raymarine iTC-5 Instrument Transducer Converter
The Raymarine iTC-5 allows for the use of traditional analogue transducers with new digital instrument displays, such as the Raymarine i70/i70s and ST70 Plus. The ultra-compact iTC-5 is compatible with the five most common transducers: depth, speed/temperature, wind, compass, and rudder angle. The iTC-5 converts these analogue signals into real-time digital SeaTalkng protocol.
In addition to analogue-to-digital conversion, the iTC-5 supplies the sensors with the necessary power and communication connections, thereby significantly simplifying the installation of new systems and offering an economical solution for owners of older analogue equipment who wish to transition to modern digital technology. The iTC-5 eliminates the need for expensive “smart” sensors or individual instrument modules. Calibration and alarm setup are performed via i70/i70s or ST70 Plus instruments.
The iTC-5 connects to the Raymarine SeaTalkng network and works with most Raymarine ST30, ST40, ST50, ST60, ST80 and ST290 series analogue transducers. The iTC-5 is also compatible with Raymarine fluxgate compasses and rotary and linear rudder angle transducers, supporting heading and rudder angle displays.
