Raymarine i-TC-5 Analogue Transducer Converter
The Raymarine iTC-5 allows the use of conventional analogue transducers with new digital instrument displays such as the Raymarine i70/i70s and ST70 Plus. The compact iTC-5 is compatible with the five most common transducers: depth, speed/temperature, wind, compass, and rudder angle. The iTC-5 converts these analogue signals into NMEA2000 signals.
In addition to analogue-to-digital conversion, the iTC-5 provides the necessary power and data communication connections for sensors, thereby significantly simplifying the installation of new systems and offering an economical solution for owners of older analogue equipment. The iTC-5 eliminates the need for expensive “smart” sensors or individual instrument modules. Calibration and alarm configuration are performed via i70/i70s or ST70 Plus instruments.
The iTC-5 connects to the Raymarine SeaTalkng network and works with most Raymarine analogue transducers from the ST30, ST40, ST50, ST60, ST80, and ST290 series. The iTC-5 is also compatible with Raymarine fluxgate compasses and rudder angle transducers.
