Raymarine Mechanical Linear Drive – Mechanical Linear Actuator (for boats up to 15,000 kg)

The Raymarine Mechanical Linear Drive is designed for boats with an existing mechanical steering system. This drive provides powerful thrust, fast full stroke times, and very quiet operation.

Features:

• Low resistance to the steering wheel to reduce the drive's effect on the steering system when the autopilot is in standby mode.

• A powerful electric motor, driven by an electromagnetic safety brake, with a high-strength belt drive and planetary gearbox.

• High performance with low energy consumption.
