The Raymarine Mechanical Linear Drive is designed for boats with an existing mechanical steering system. This powerful drive offers strong thrust, fast full-stroke times, and quiet operation.

Features:

• Slight resistance to the steering wheel so that the effect on the steering system is minimal when the autopilot is on standby.

• A powerful electric motor, driven by an electromagnetic safety brake, with a high-strength belt drive and planetary gearbox.

• High performance with minimal power consumption in mind.
