The EV-100 Power pilot can be used in smaller motorboats with a hydraulic steering system. The EV-100 Power pilot is designed for leisure boats with a working cylinder volume between 50cc-110cc and a supply voltage of 12V. The pilot consists of a Type 0.5 hydraulic pump, a P70Rs control unit, a new single axis sensor EV-1, and an ACU-100 pump control unit. Evolution series autopilots have a single axis sensor with AST function. Evolution autopilots also work without a rudder feedback unit, but we recommend adding one if possible. For Volvo-Penta drives, a special mounting kit must be added to connect the rudder feedback unit. Also be prepared for some modifications to the steering hydraulic hoses on your boat. Usually, T-fittings are needed for the pump, and a third hose needs to be run from the pump back to the steering actuator. Be sure to also check this kit. instructions and in case of questions, consult our specialist.

The EV-100 Power autopilot is ideal for boats with a single outboard motor and hydraulic steering!
With the Raymarine EVOLUTION autopilot, steering your boat is easier than ever. Complicated calibration is no longer required. Thanks to the intelligent EV sensor, the autopilot monitors the vessel's movement in every direction and automatically adjusts the rudder according to the prevailing sea conditions, without the user needing to change any other settings. Your planned destination can be reached safely. Another great advantage of the autopilot is its installation flexibility. The pump and ACU can be installed wherever is most accessible for you, whilst the EV sensor can be installed where it is away from any magnetic fields. In terms of waterproofing, there are no limitations for the EV-1 sensor; the sensor core is waterproof to IPx6 and IPx7 standards. Components are easily connected via SeaTalkNG and most of the required cables are supplied. The Evolution autopilot is NMEA2000 compatible.
